An example blueprint
A Baldwin Blueprint is a 12-page plan built for one specific sales role, drafted from that job's description and the candidate's resume. This is the full canonical example, free to read with no signup. Here is the case each of the 12 sheets makes, the kind a resume cannot make on its own:
- Cover: reads like a deliverable, not an application.
- Introduction: states the thesis they remember you by.
- Impact Memo: leads with evidence, not adjectives.
- Account Map: shows who decides, who influences, and who blocks.
- Strategic Signals: proof you did the reading.
- Experience Accelerator: the ramp plan their team inherits.
- Horizons: ambition, with a route drawn.
- First 30 Days: a plan they can hold you to.
- Days 31 to 60: momentum, put on a schedule.
- Days 61 to 90: what good looks like by day 90.
- Where I Add Value: your edge made explicit, with real numbers.
- Final Note: closes as a conversation, not a plea for a job.
