FIG. 01 · THE FOUNDER
I built my first Blueprint by hand, for my own job search. This site turns that into something anyone can make in a few minutes, for the roles they actually want.
Baldwin Blueprint started as a stack of paper on my desk. During my own job search I stopped sending resumes into the void and started preparing for each role the way you would prepare for a meeting that matters: real research on the company, a careful read of the posting, and a clear picture of what I would actually do in the seat. Walking in with that changed how every conversation went.
This site is that process, extended so you can do it a lot faster. You paste a real job posting, add your resume, and the studio drafts a 12 page Blueprint in about three minutes: an Impact Memo, an Account Map, Strategic Signals, an Experience Accelerator, and a 30/60/90 day plan. Every page is yours to edit, and exporting the PDF is always free. It costs nothing and needs no card, every time.
The Hiring Field Manual is the other half of this site. It is where I put what I have learned from sitting inside hiring loops, written in plain language for anyone who is job hunting. Its newer shelfmate, The Company Research Desk, covers the homework side: how to understand a company before you ever walk in. The chapters come with short films, mind maps, a listen mode, and a save as PDF button, and all of it is free to read, no signup.
In my day job I lead go to market for AI at Google. Baldwin Blueprint is what I build on nights and weekends, because I remember how the void felt and I want fewer people stuck in it. I also write Baldwin Builds, essays on how enterprises actually adopt AI and what that means for the work you do.
